Shari D’Andrade, Esq.

Shari D’Andrade is a seasoned 13-year civil litigator. She has held roles such as an assistant attorney general for the Virgin Islands Department of Justice, general counsel for a governmental institution and partner in private practice. D’Andrade handles a board range of legal matters, including class action suits, elections disputes, commercial litigation, and civil rights litigation. D’Andrade also specializes in providing strategic guidance on compliance and regulatory matters, board governance, and advisory services to boards of directors for both multinational corporations and non-profit organizations. Her extensive legal expertise and leadership have made her an invaluable asset in the field. D’Andrade earned her juris doctorate degree with honors at American University, Washington College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Howard University.

As a Caribbean American woman raising a Caribbean American girl, she is dedicated to social justice and believes in the Dustin Duncan Research Foundation’s vision for social justice through health equity research.
